Gloucester and Forest Pupil Referral Service have worked in partnership with the staff from GYP for over 6 years. We choose to use GYP (despite competition from other providers) for the following reasons:

I would unreservedly recommend this provision for vulnerable young people.

Paul Holroyd, Head Teacher GFPRS

Having worked with staff team from GYP for 5 years now, their commitment to vulnerable and disengaged young people has been consistently high. Not only do students benefit from the social and group opportunities provided for them, but they now achieve meaningful accreditation in a number of recognised qualifications to help them move on to post 16 training and employment. GYP provide a valued and quality service for this challenging and frequently overlooked group of Young Persons.

Karen Thompson, Learning Centre Manager, CYPS

We are always impressed with the quality of relationships the GYP team can build with the most disengaged young people and the outcomes they are able to achieve through their dedication and skill.

Angela Jaskowska, Senior Project Worker, InfoBuzz Ltd

Gloucestershire Youth Project is run by experienced youth workers who provide a working environment for small groups of pupils who are likely to or have become disengaged from education. They supply a vitally important wrap around provision supporting the whole family not just the pupil
